When you set the status of a ship to 'crew use' via the navigation table, it says the the ship is protected from sinking via blockades, SMH and Flotilla battles.
Is the ship also protected from sinking Imperial Outposts?

Also, I hear that entering a citadel before a break ends will lead people to loose their sparkles. Is this true?
